Designed for observers in GaLEADS pilot districts, this session focuses on conducting meaningful ELEVATE debrief conversations that support educator growth and continuous improvement. Participants will review best practices for providing feedback, facilitating reflective dialogue, and building educator ownership of professional learning. Through practice with realistic scenarios and previously observed lessons, attendees will strengthen their confidence and skills in leading effective post-observation conferences.
