Georgia’s updated School Climate Star Ratings are now available, and this recorded webinar provides leaders with guidance on where to find results, how to interpret, and what actions to take within the Georgia Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES). This session provides a practical walkthrough of accessing School Climate Star Ratings and survey data in MyGaDOE Portal, understanding what the reports look like, and navigating expectations for using ratings in the LKES platform this year and in future evaluation cycles.
By the end of this session, participants are able to:
-Locate School Climate Star Ratings and survey data within the MyGaDOE Portal.
-Recognize and interpret the key components of the School Climate Star Rating reports.
-Understand expectations for using School Climate Star Ratings within the LKES platform for the current year and next year.
-Identify practical next steps for responding to their school’s results.
