Designed for new co-observers in GaLEADS pilot districts, this session focuses on best practices for observing instruction, scoring performance, and selecting meaningful feedback aligned to the ELEVATE model. Participants will explore strategies for conducting effective debrief conversations that support professional growth while maintaining positive teacher-observer relationships. Through discussion and practical guidance, attendees will build confidence in their role as instructional leaders and collaborative partners in educator development.
