Description:
This session will help 21st CCLC programs move beyond simply meeting the advocacy committee requirement to building an engaged group of partners who strengthen program quality and support student outcomes. Participants will explore strategies for establishing an effective committee structure, selecting and engaging strategic partners, defining meaningful roles, and using committee members’ expertise and resources to address program needs. The session will also examine practical approaches for sustaining participation and keeping the committee focused on shared goals and continuous improvement.
