Understanding Challenging Behavior in Preschool (Tiers 1 and 2)
February 27 - March 30

Description:
Join us for this one-day professional learning opportunity presented by the Best Practices Team from Georgia State University’s College of Education. This interactive training will focus on best practices in the classroom that promote successful participation for most children. Teachers will be provided with specific strategies to help individual children who require a higher level of support to be successful within the early childhood classroom. The training will help teachers implement both general and individual supports which result in the reduction of behaviors when implemented with fidelity. Finally, this training will guide teachers in identifying children who truly need more intensive intervention. Training will be from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at each location.
