This interactive virtual session is designed for educators who were unable to attend a RESA-hosted experience. The Georgia Department of Education’s Educator Support and Development Division, in partnership with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, will explore practical strategies to strengthen staff relationships, build authentic systems of gratitude, and support educator wellbeing. Participants will leave with ready‑to‑use tools and ideas to cultivate a supportive school culture that helps educators—and schools—thrive. School and district wellness teams are encouraged to attend.
