District and School Leadership Teams direct improvement efforts using the GaMTSS framework, making teaming an essential component. The five-part GaMTSS Foundational Series for Districts supports district teams in building the strong infrastructure needed for effective GaMTSS implementation, beginning with Tier 1.
This second session of the series delves into thoughtful and strategic approaches to team selection, starting with Tier 1, that enhance GaMTSS implementation. By incorporating a wide range of voices and perspectives related to academics, behavior, and wellbeing, teams effectively support and sustain GaMTSS practices to meet their improvement goals.
