Data-based decision making drives the work of GaMTSS. This session delves into how to establish Early Warning Indicators to monitor the health of Tier 1 and design a plan for data collection and analysis, which includes implementation fidelity and outcome data. Additionally, the essential team member roles (e.g., facilitator, data analyst, recorder) are explored to increase efficiency for data-based decision-making.
This is the fourth session in the 5-part GaMTSS Foundational Series: Building Success in Year One and focuses on Features 19-21 of the District Fidelity Tool.
