This session reviews the what, when, and where of temperature monitoring and the importance of maintaining accurate temperature logs. By the end of this training, learners will be able to identify when food temperatures should be checked; describe the different types of thermometers and summarize the correct way to utilize them; and discuss the importance of maintaining temperature logs.
