Let’s focus on creating goal-setting strategies to create comprehensive wellness policies that impact students, the school environment, stakeholders, and the community. Learn how to create goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) in the context of local wellness policy development. Participants are provided tools for setting goals and examples of goals in multiple areas of the wellness policy requirements. This training is beneficial for School Nutrition Directors, Manager-Supervisors, Educators, Administrators, and Wellness Committee Members/Prospective Members. Learning Code(s): 3230.
