Progress Monitoring, an essential component of Georgia’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports, is the repeated measurement of student performance to determine a student’s response to intervention.
In the second session of the two-part series focused on implementing efficient and effective progress monitoring, Dr. Tessie Rose Bailey, Principal Technical Assistance Consultant with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), guides participants to learn about single skill and general outcome progress monitoring tools, curriculum-based measures (CBM), computer-adapted tests, goal setting strategies based on intensity of instruction, and analysis of progress monitoring data for reading.
