Description:
The purpose of this session is to explain how to use existing resources to evaluate and ensure menus and recipes that are student-focused and meet meal pattern requirements; review the alignment of menu decisions with procurement, production, and financial practices; describe how to utilize resources to support execution of the planned menu for use in staff training; discuss tracking; and celebrating successes throughout the year.
