Description:
A strong plan must translate into consistent, engaging experiences for students and families. This video introduces Program Implementation Readiness and examines whether the staffing, schedules, practices, partnerships, and supports are in place to carry out the program as intended.
Use this domain to consider how prepared your organization is to manage day-to-day implementation, support staff, coordinate program components, and create high-quality learning and development opportunities. The results can help your team identify where implementation systems are already strong and where additional preparation or capacity building may be needed. During this video, you will have the opportunity to complete Domain 2 of the Program Readiness Assessment tool.
