21st CCLC Domain 4: Fiscal and Compliance Readiness
Recorded Webinar

Description:
Successful 21st CCLC implementation also depends on the systems needed to manage the award responsibly. This video introduces Fiscal and Compliance Readiness and examines whether the governance, fiscal controls, documentation practices, roles, and grant-management systems needed to support compliant implementation are clearly established and functioning.
Use this domain to assess whether responsibilities are understood, required processes are in place, documentation can support program and fiscal decisions, and your organization has the capacity to identify and address compliance risks. The goal is not simply to confirm that policies exist, but to determine whether the systems needed to carry out those responsibilities are ready for implementation. During this video, you will have the opportunity to complete Domain 4 of the Program Readiness Assessment tool.
