High-quality 21st CCLC programming requires more than monitoring whether activities occurred. Programs also need practical systems for learning from evidence and using what they learn to improve.
This video introduces Continuous Improvement Readiness and examines your organization’s capacity to monitor implementation, collect and manage useful data, understand participant experiences and progress, and use regular reflection and review cycles to strengthen program quality. Learn how this domain can help your team build manageable routines for identifying what is working, determining what needs attention, and adapting practice over time. During this video, you will have the opportunity to complete Domain 3 of the Program Readiness Assessment tool.
