Manager Workshop Session 3 welcomes presenters, Chef Michael DuBose, Chef Rachel Petragalia, Chef John Huff, and Food Safety Specialist Dr. Ellen Steinberg. Joining them is Strategic Marketing and Communications Program Manager, Kelli Cook, and Compliance Specialist, Trae Cown. By the end of the session, participants are able to identify and utilize GaDOE culinary resources available to be purposeful with their operations and elevate their program; explain why developing confident kitchen teams is critical to the outcomes and success of their program; identify and utilize food safety resources; and effectively manage and utilize production records to support meal planning, kitchen efficiency, and document compliance with federal guidelines.
