Open Office Hours for 21st CCLC Program Readiness Assessment Tool

The GaDOE Readiness Assessment Tool Video Series guides prospective 21st CCLC grant applicants through a structured process to assess their readiness to design, apply for, and successfully implement a high-quality 21st CCLC program in Georgia. Each video introduces a section of the tool and explains how teams can examine their current strengths, identify gaps, and determine the steps needed to build readiness across program design, community needs and partnerships, organizational capacity, and finance and compliance before applying to operate a 21st CCLC program. Participation is optional and is not part of the Request for Application (RFA) scoring process for 21st CCLC grant competitions. Use the series when preparing to launch a new 21st CCLC program, expand or strengthen an existing program, or revisit organizational readiness as needs and conditions change.

The GaDOE 21st CCLC Program Readiness tools and recorded webinar series are available below under the Additional Resources section. To make the most of the Open Office Hour sessions, participants should review the webinar series, work through the readiness tools, and prepare questions in advance. Completion of the webinar series and readiness tools is a prerequisite for participating in the Open Office Hours.
