English learners who are dually identified as students with disabilities must receive supports and services as determined through the student’s individualized education program and language assistance program. This session highlights tools and resources to support students who are dually identified as English learners and students with disabilities. Participants explore best practices and strategies currently being implemented to serve this unique student population. The goal is to increase teachers’ and leaders’ knowledge and to share tools and resources that support student success for dually identified English learners and students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
