Viewers of this session glean an understanding of the Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) structure and its impact on academic performance, understand the pivotal role district leaders play in improving school-level outcomes, recognize the importance of assigning key district leaders to take ownership of the goals and action steps outlined in the District Plan of Support (DPS), and understand the value of data-driven decision-making. Participants also explore the development of a DPS, and learn what a CIT agenda entails.
